Day 2 - preparing to raise The Ensign

At the beginning of the Artist's Residency for TNOAC 2017,the construction of the Time Cone in The Bargehouse Heyday was in its early stages.
Here the Artist sews the St George Cross section of the Royal Ensign onto the flagpole; ready to hoist it just in time for first Preview Party.
